From John G. Kemeny and Thomas E. Kurtz who invented Basic in 1964. Althought we must thanks both of them having created Basic, their Truebasic is not an exciting language, nor it has a good working environment. There's no GUI editor, but in the Free setcion of the site you may download TBilt a primitive and hard to use editor which aids the programmer draw forms and place controls. TrueBasic has been discontinued at least since June 2004. Don't waste time.
