SheerPowerGLSheerPower 4GL for Windows is based on INTOUCH 4GL which runs on high-end OpenVMS systems. The language may look somewhat similar to a structured Basic. SheerPower4GL is a general-purpose language for application development. The language does not create stand-alone EXEs. The application needs a virtual machine installed on the PC.

The language does not create stand-alone EXEs. I ask Why is here? Language is weird.
